The DCE, Hon. Richmond Koduah together with the District Co-ordinating Director, Mr. Francis K. Ayensu, Agric Director, Mr. Eric K. Twum and all heads of Departments and Units of various institutions took part in the tree planting exercise.
The DCE, Richmond Koduah of UDWDA in a brief speech urged the students to put in their maximum effort to ensure that the trees survive to help avoid the depletion of the Ozone layer which is caused by the sun rays.
Again, the DCE made the students to know that we can get school furniture from the trees as well and ended his speech with the adage that goes “when the last tree dies the last man also dies.“
